Watermelon for Grown-Ups

We love our watermelon cubed and topped with a tangy, gingery sauce. Just stir together a 6-ounce container plain yogurt, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, and 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated ginger. Spoon over squares of watermelon and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
