Headstone-Engraved Pumpkins
Give your guests an engraved greeting with a pair of frightful pumpkin.

What You Need:
- Sharp knife
- Pumpkin
- Spoon or ice cream scoop
- Tracing paper
- Pencil
- Transfer paper
- Wood chisel
1. Download the free patterns for this project. (Downloading requires Adobe Acrobat software.)
2. Cut the pumpkin down both sides, leaving the front, back, and bottom intact. Scoop out the insides.
3. Enlarge and trace the desired pattern. Place the pattern on the pumpkin and slip a piece of transfer paper between the pumpkin and the pattern. Transfer the lines to the pumpkin.
4. Use the chisel to carve the desired designs into the skin of the pumpkin.
