So your son left his veggies untouched at Sunday dinner...again. Don't feel like a parental failure, says Meagan Francis, author of The Happiest Mom. "Think of your child's diet a week at a time, not a meal at a time. Every dinner doesn't have to be perfectly balanced, as long as it balances out over several days," she says. "If your kids snub their broccoli one meal, try serving it for a snack later, with some dip."
