Smart Phone Smarts

When LHJ and the Today show went looking for the least-tech-savvy woman in America, we found the perfect candidate in Lynne Horan, 48, of Worcester, Massachusetts. Lynne had a hard time keeping in touch with her four grown kids, one of whom lives 3,000 miles away. She didn't own a computer, had never really gotten the hang of texting, and took photos on a disposable camera (hello, 1995!).

Here, Today tech guru Sara Haines starts the day with a quick lesson on smart phones.
