It sounds oh-so-simple, but the best way to tame brows is to brush them with an eyebrow comb. "The hair length affects the shape or line of the brow so combing is a good way to prep them," notes brow guru and makeup artist Ramy. Brush the hairs up and over so that they fall into a smooth line.
