Beef up your daily routine by layering a serum with omega fatty acids underneath a rich cream or balm. Also, protect your hydration levels so they don't reach code "Grandma": Avoid foam cleansers and astringent toners like the plague, cut back on anti-aging treatments that contain retinol, and use a humidifier.
