Since Paul Newman's famous salad dressing first hit stores in 1982, all of the profits after taxes from his food company, Newman's Own, have gone to charity. Newman also founded the Hole in the Wall Gang camps for kids who are coping with cancer. Between his personal donations and his Newman's Own Foundation, the actor, who died in 2008, has given over $300 million to causes and charities around the world.
