Family Style Makeover 2006: Personal Snapshots

This year's Family Style Makeover winners were the Johnsons, an outdoorsy brood from Park Rapids, Minnesota. What does it feel to be whisked away from everyday life to bustling New York for pampering, sightseeing, and finally, a professional photo shoot? Says mom Kerry: "It's surreal but so fun!" Armed with a digital camera, the family documented their whirlwind trip.

The family dines alfresco on the New York sidewalks. "I have enjoyed just walking around everywhere," says dad Scott, "and the people-watching is mind-boggling."
