Bring on the Brown Eyeshadow

First apply a pearly highlight shade over the entire lid -- from the lash line up to the brow bone, says Shaw. Next, blend a taupe over the lid and in the crease. Finally, smudge a dark brown in the outer corner, over the crease and under the lower lashes. "Soft shimmery browns look natural yet modern," says Shaw. "And they work on every eye color and skin tone."
