Have a white Christmas even if the weather won't cooperate by creating homemade snowflake garlands. Use Elmer's glue to "draw" snowflake shapes on waxed paper, then shake on a heavy coating of glitter. Allow glue to harden for 24 to 48 hours, then peel from the paper and string the spangles on fishing line, securing with hot glue. Hang from a curtain rod or tack above the frame.
