On the Fence

Turn a blah garden plot into a protected, brightly blooming spot. Exterior latex paint in punchy colors freshens fence rails and a teepee of furring strips bound with rope. Hammer post holders into the ground and drop in fence posts painted in lime green. Coat preassembled fence panels in vivid cerulean blue and screw the panels to the posts for a picture-perfect plot.
