Transform a Fireplace

If your hearth just sits empty in the off-season, why not decorate the space? We created an indoor garden, filling it with pretty, low-maintenance succulents, which also camouflage the cinder-stained firebox. Just be sure to choose plants that don't need direct sunlight.
