Treat Your Hair Tenderly

Are you addicted to hair improvement? The very things we do to add color, style, and beauty to hair can leave it the most damaged if we overdose on coloring, perming, blow-drying, and flat-ironing. Add in environmental factors, like sun and chlorine in the summer and extreme dryness and cold come winter, and it's no wonder hair can end up downright damaged in no time.

Luckily, we've got a program to get your damaged locks on the road to recovery.  Here are some dos and don'ts for better daily hair care, and urgent help for even the most extreme cases of ravaged hair.

Do Treat Your Hair to TLC

Maybe because we know it's not a living thing, and it doesn't hurt to cut it, we tend to be a little callous with the way we treat our tresses.  For hair to look its best, it needs a loving mix of daily tenderness and TLC.  Invest in good styling tools for everyday use. Throw out all your rough-edged brushes, raggedy combs, and metal banded elastics and clips.  Just as you do with skincare, research which hair care and styling products are best for you. Treat your hair to a little indulgence often with regular deep conditioning treatments.
