Back Pain Relief: Cat-Cow
This easy Cat-Cow move will help you relieve back pain. Do this yoga-inspired stretch for 1 minute.
-Get on fours with your hands on your hands and your knees under your hips. Slowly drop your head and round your back, pulling your navel in towards your spine and tucking your tailbone under. Now pause and then raise your chin as you low your belly toward the floor and lift your tailbone toward the sky. Imagine there's a string pulling the center of your spine first toward the ceiling as high as you can and then toward the floors low as possible.
