Back Pain Relief: Dead Bug
This easy Dead Bug move will help you relieve back pain. Do this yoga-inspired stretch for 1 minute.
-Lie on your back with your head about 6 inches away from a wall. Raise your arms overhead and place your hands in the wall behind you. Now, lift your legs in the air and bend your knees at a 90-degree angle. Knees aligned with hips. Slowly lower one leg toward the ground and tap your heel on the floor then slowly return to the start. Alternate your legs for 1 minute. Keep your abs contracted and lower back flat throughout this move. You can also press your hands firmly against the wall to increase stability.
