Back Pain Relief: Elbow to Sky

This easy Elbow to Sky move will help you relieve back pain. Do this yoga-inspired stretch for 1 minute.

-Get on your hands and knees with your hands under your shoulders and your knees under your hips. Turn your toes under then sit back on your hunches. Place your right hand behind your head with your elbow extended out to the side. Now bring your elbow under your torso towards your left arm so that you're twisting to the right with your right elbow pointing toward the sky. Hold for 30 seconds and repeat on the opposite side. Each time you twist your elbow to the sky, try to go just a little further to increase the stretch.
