Dulce De Leche-Chocolate Bars. Line a 13 by 9-inch pan with parchment paper. You'll need: 1 cup butter, 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 2 cups all-purpose flour, and 3/4 teaspoon salt. Combine with a mixer. Press dough into the bottom and half up the sides of the pan. Bake until golden brown around the edges (12-18 minutes). Transfer to a wire rack and cool completely. Then mix 7 tablespoons unsalted butter, 2 14 ounce cans of sweetened condensed milk, 1/3 cup dark brown sugar, and a pinch of salt. Simmer abut 15 minutes in a saucepan until a caramel color. Pour over crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate until completely cool (about an hour). Next you'll need: semisweet chocolate, white chocolate, white chocolate mixed with red food coloring, and white chocolate mixed with green food coloring. Spread the semisweet chocolate evenly over filling. Don't let the chocolate set. Dollop white, red and green chocolate over the semisweet layer. Gently swirl colors together using a toothpick or skewer. Cut into squares and enjoy!
