Hi everyone, Cathy here from Blogilates. Today, as a part of our stretch routine, I'm going to show you the half rainbow. It's going to really release those obliques and make them feel a lot better. Let's go ahead and get started. So first what you wanna do is place the elbow right here by your side and then reach the arm over, creating a beautiful arch right here. As you see, we're stretching out the oblique and just relax. You want to hold there for about 30 seconds. And once you do that, slowly press yourself up using the core. Place the elbow down on the other side. Reach it over again, just lay your fingers soft. Hold for another 30. Using the core, you reach back up, and that is your half rainbow to really stretch out the obliques.
