I've lost about 165 pounds so far, and I've kept it up for a good five years. My weight loss tip is to be patient with the process. You know, success when it comes to weight loss comes from a series of habits that you change over time. And sometimes, you need to give it a little time so that you can actually experience the benefits of each individual change. And I know that that contrasts a lot with what we're told with losing 7 pounds in 7 days, but for maintenance for long-term weight loss, it doesn't work that way; at least it didn't for me. My tip for weight loss maintenance is to find something you love and let that serve as your activity. Be it baseball, basketball, soccer. Find something you love because that makes it easier if you get out every day or every other day, and do it.
