Ladies Home Journal. De-stress at your Desk. Skyscraper. Sit with your legs together and feet flat on the floor. Clasp your hands together and interlace your fingers. Turn your palms so they face outward. Reach your arms straight overhead. Slowly bend to the left, and hold for 2 breaths. Slowly bend to the right, and hold for 2 breaths. Continue alternating sides for 1 minute. Tip: To maintain a neutral pelvis and maximum stretch. As you reach to the side press your opposite glute into the chair. For more, visit: LHJ.com/stress
