De-Stress at Your Desk: Hip Hugger
This hip hugger move stretches your glutes, hips, and lower back. Try it when you've been sitting at your desk all day and you're feeling stiff, sore, or just need a break.
Ladies Home Journal. De-stress of your desk. Hip Hugger. Sit with your feet flat on the floor. Cross your let ankle over your right knee. Hold your ankle steady with your right hand. Keeping your black flat. Slowly bend forward as par as you can. Breath deeply 3 times. Hold for 30 seconds trying to stretch further with each breath. Then repeat on the opposite side.
