De-Stress at Your Desk: Hamstring Slider
Try this hamstring slider to stretch our your hamstrings and lower back. Plus, it'll help relieve that work-day tension and stress.
Ladies Home Journal. De-stress at your desk: Hamstring Slider. Sit all the way back in your chair. Extend your left leg in front of you. So it's parallel to the floor. Place your hands on your knee and inhale. Exhale and round your back. Slowly slide your hands along your shin as far as you can. Hold for 1 breath. Sit back up switch legs and repeat.
