This Month's Challenge
Get inspired by our story about how the members of a knitting club are helping save lives, then give the gift of warmth to children in need! If you're crafty, you can make afghans for needy families or quilts for seriously ill children through Warm Up America and Project Linus. Don't knit or sew? Donate your kids' outgrown coats to your local Goodwill or Salvation Army. You can also write to your congressperson and ask him or her to cosponsor the Newborn, Child, and Mother Survival Act.
