When it comes to doing good, the Hard Rock Cafe, well, rocks! Since 1991, the company has donated millions of dollars to a variety of causes through sales of its Signature Series T-shirt line. The restaurant chain "commissions" musicians such as Jon Bon Jovi, Shakira, and Bono to design the shirts ($15 to $28 each at hardrock.com/estore) and also allows the superstars to decide which charities will receive a portion of the proceeds.
Through the company's Ambassador Program, employees at the 139 Hard Rock cafes and hotel/casinos spearhead fundraising drives for their community. One sweet example: the Hollywood, Florida, Hard Rock staff bought candy and assembled 350 Easter baskets for homeless and hungry children.
